General Information
The Grand PT International Awards is an annual competition celebrating exceptional talent across various performance categories. Participants from around the world are invited to submit their performances and compete for recognition, prizes, and career advancement opportunities.
All entries are evaluated by a panel of distinguished judges who are experts in their respective fields. The judging criteria include technical skill, artistic expression, interpretation, and overall performance quality.
Please read all competition rules carefully before submitting your application. By participating in the competition, you agree to abide by all rules and regulations.
Age Categories
Junior Division
Ages 7-12 years
- Entries evaluated relative to age group
- Performance time limit: 5 minutes
- Focus on fundamentals and artistic expression
Teen Division
Ages 13-17 years
- Performance time limit: 7 minutes
- Technical proficiency and personal interpretation
- Special prizes for exceptional creativity
Young Adult Division
Ages 18-25 years
- Performance time limit: 10 minutes
- Advanced technical skills and artistic maturity
- Career development opportunities for winners
Open Division
Ages 26 and above
- Performance time limit: 12 minutes
- Professional level performance expected
- Opportunities for international exposure

Instrumental Performance
Solo performances on any musical instrument. Subcategories include:

- Strings (Violin, Viola, Cello, etc.)
- Woodwinds (Flute, Clarinet, etc.)

- Guitar (Classical, Acoustic)
- Traditional/Folk Instruments

Vocal Performance
Solo vocal performances in any style. Subcategories include:
- Classical
- Contemporary
- Musical Theater
- Folk/Traditional
- Pop/Rock
- Jazz
Dance
Solo dance performances in any style. Subcategories include:
- Ballet
- Contemporary
- Jazz
- Hip Hop
- Traditional/Folk
- Ballroom
- Tap
- Other Dance Styles
Original Composition
Original musical compositions or choreography created by the participant.
- Compositions must be original works by the participant
- Must include both score and performance
- Special prizes for exceptional originality
Submission Requirements
- Video Format: Performances must be submitted as links to YouTube or Bilibili. Videos must be recent (recorded within 6 months of submission) and unedited.
- Performance Quality: Videos must have clear audio and visual quality. The performer should be clearly visible throughout the performance.
- Time Limits: Performances must not exceed the specified time limit for the age category. Videos exceeding the time limit may be disqualified.
- Multiple Entries: Participants may enter multiple categories, but a separate registration and fee is required for each entry.
- Repertoire: Pieces or performances should demonstrate the participant's technical and artistic abilities. There are no specific repertoire requirements unless specified in the category details.
